INTERNATIONAL driving permits and international certificates for motor vehicles now cost £2, instead of £1.50.
This follows the laying of an order last month, and authorises the Automobile Association, the Royal Automobile Club, and the Royal Scottish Automobile Club to apply the new charges from August 1.
