Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A fantastic amount of work goes into preparing publications, pamphlets, brochures, and publicity material for the Commercial Motor Show, which takes place at Earls Court this year between September 20 and 28. A great deal of work and, it seems, more than a little danger. Take the case last week of the two photographers on the M62 who were travelling ahead of Show exhibits. They were lying in the back of an estate car with their longrange telescopic cameras protruding from the back taking all sorts of interesting shots, and what happened? An alert lady, who lives on the edge of the motorway, spotted the car but was unable to identify the cameras. It is a sign of the times that we live in that that dear soul phoned the police with the report that an estate car with two machine-guns sticking out of the rear was hijacking a lorry near her house. In no time the motorway cops had the estate car, the photographers and the lorry off the road. The explanation brought smiles to the faces of all, handshakes all round, and off went the party once more on the hazardous business of preparing for Earls Court.
