Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

E ROAD Haulage Association's week-long Spanish conference in ,vember is being given a British emphasis. Leyland is to sponsor s year's and several subsequent conferences.

Leyland will sponsor the busiss sessions from November to 18 at Marbella, in Spain, d will provide speakers for ssions on future design and velopment of vehicles.

Details of the conference are be hammered out at a meet) next week, when it is posile that the initially morningsly format will be changed to commodate the Leyland eakers' schedules.

Some of the RHA functional nips are planning to hold their vn business sessions on ernoons when there is no in conference activity. RHA director-general Freddie Plaskett told CM this week that he was encouraged by the response so far to the conference and said he "would not be surprised" if the event is over subscribed.

LAST WEEK's leader referred to the experiment being carried out in Hong Kong which the Department of Transport is monitoring, and it was inferred that the trial should be carried out in Britain. This was an error. We have no wish to burden anyone with the administration of such a scheme.
