Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TRUMPF Power Tools has introduced the new AStIxe 636-5 cutter for bonded windscreens to its Fein range. Weighing 1.4 kg (3Ibs) the electricallypowered machine may be specified with a variety of Teflon-coated blades.

It eliminates hazardous fumes caused by the conventional method of melting of the polyurethane adhesive to remove the glass. Furthermore, residual adhesive may be removed without damaging bodywork.

Double-insulated to international standard, the device features electronic cutter frequency control; blade oscillations range between 10,000 and 20,000 per minute. To simplify the operation at various points on the body, the cutter blade has a 12-sided mount.
