Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The commercial vehicle market will show a two to three per cent growth from now on according to Sir Terence Beckett, chairman and managing director, Ford of Britain.

Speaking at a press conference at Ford's Research and Engineering Centre at Dunton, Sir Terence said that in europe as a whole, heavy trucks (the Ford definition is 31/2 tons plus) are at present accounting for some 30 per cent of the total and that this has been steady for some time.

Last year Ford gained what Sir Terence called the "Triple Crown" of sales leadership in cars, trucks and tractors, the first time that this had been achieved and Sir Terence went on to say that he expected the company to repeat the performance this year.
