Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WINDSCREEN wiper-blades suitable for fitting to nearly all British cars and trucks built since 1950 are now available from Park Bros. Ltd. Wiper arms and replacement rubber blades will be introduced shortly.

The blades are manufactured to close standards and most metal parts are made of polished stainless steel. Elements are of natural rubber to give long-life with smooth and silent operation.
