Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• At the recent annual general meeting of the Institute of Road Transport Engineers the president, Sir James Duncan, welcomed Bill Warner (vice-president) and Ian Ogley (Chairman of council) to their year of office.

Warner became a member of the institute in 1970 and a member of council in 1975. He was last year's chairman of council and has been in the industry for over 40 years — he is currently the transport and cleansing manager for Thurrock Borough Council.

Ogley has more than 30 years transport experience and is transport manager for Segas with responsibility for over 3,500 vehicles.
