• Honey Services Group has won a £1.5 million, three-year contract with Esso to deliver packaged oil products throughout the South East.
Five new ELF 16tanners have been purchased (for around .2125,000, including bodies) for the contract.
Company director Jain Mays says the vehicles will not be used exclusively for the Esso contract: "They will be a necessary addition to our existing fleet, and they will be used to carry products from other contracts — they have not been bought on a dedicated basis."
As part of the contract with Esso, Horley Services has installed a computer link with the oil company.
