Mexico City is the victim o macrocephaly, a conditior (similar to Scargillitis) in whicl the head is abnormally largi compared with the rest of thr body. It contains 14m people a fifth of the nation's populatior — and many commuters spen( up to four hours a day travellinc to and from work.
It is comforting to know tha Londoners are not the only suf ferers.
