Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

RUBERY OWEN-Rockwell's plant at Llay, near Wrexham recently produced its 500,000th axle.

The company, in which Rockwell and Rubery Owen each have 50 per cent shares, claims an 80 per cent share of the UK trailer axle market.

Since 1971, when production was first switched from RO-R's now-closed Warrington plant to Llay, about 40 per cent of the axles built there have been exported.

RO-R says that if the Warrington plant's output is taken into account, the company has produced over 750,000 axles in this country.
