THE SWEDISH Government has announced measures tc reduce petrol consumptior next winter to avoid rationini and has ordered public utilitie: to make contingency arrange ments.
The measures are under stood to include a 56 mpl (90krn/h) speed limit in peal hours in summertime. Oi companies have been givei permission to raise the price o fuel by five per cent from las Monday.
