Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

T"United Kingdom has put its signature to two new Customs conventions relating to\ road transport in the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe. They cover the temporary importation of goods vehicles and containers respectively.

Other signatories to both conventions are the German Federal Republic, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland and Sweden.

The U.K. was not a signatory to a convention on the contract for the international carriage of goods by road which was signed last month' by Austria, Belgium, the German Federal Republic, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland and Yugoslavia. The convention will remain open for signature until August 31, and it is understood that the U.K. is an interested party.

This convention provides certain protection and facilities for road vehicles in foreign countries.

All the conventions will come into force on the 90th day after five member countries of E.C.E. have deposited their instruments of ratification or accession.

FOUND to be a valuable driving aid by. a representative of The Commercial Motor, the Sunmaster antidazzle windscreen . strip has been produced by Castle's Unit Development, Ltd., Church Gate, Leicester. The strip is made of transparent green-tinted plastics and may be trimmed to fit neatly along the top of the windscreen on the inside.

No adhesive is required. and the strip may quickly be put in place or detached. Irritating sun glare is effectively filtered with only slight impairment of upward visibility.
