Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Keywords : Parking, Nobody, Turnbull

IN REPRESENTATIONS to AllParty Motor Industry Group of MPs, George Turnbull, president of the SMMT, complained bitterly of "A capital becoming clogged with coaches simply because nobody is providing parking stations for the new and growing band of commuters, holiday-makers and even business travellers who now wish to use buses and coaches."

I have long felt the need for somewhere to park myself when I get off the bus. On one occasion I foolishly dropped off to sleep while leaning against a parking meter and awoke to find a warden had slapped a ticket on me for outstaying my welcome.

Even railborne Sir Peter is by no means an untroubled parker.
