• On 20 December a PI will consider a new application from Twynholm-based Hayton Coulthard Transport.
• A PI on 5 January will discuss a new application from Foundry Haulage, based in Shotts.
• The TC will consider disciplinary action against Huntly-based Fisher Transport on 12 January.
Leeds
• Disciplinary action against T Henderson Transport, based in Morpeth, will be discussed on 20 December and the transport manager’s repute considered.
• Blyth-based JW Nickells (European) Transport will attend a PI on 20 December, when disciplinary action will be looked at and the transport manager’s repute considered. The TC will also look at disciplinary action and the repute of the transport manager at related firm JW Nickells Transport.
• East Riding of Yorkshire Council, based in Beverley, will appear before the TC on 23 December. Disciplinary action and the transport manager’s repute will be up for discussion.
