W The Dutch-made CityRox body system was launched in the UK at the recent CV Show. Hydraroll, the UK distributor for Cityllox, buys the kits from Holland and adds its own fittings, extrusions and seafings at its Welsh factory.
European sale manager Philip Griffiths says kits are available for up to 17.5-tonners for every chassis currently available in Europe". The cost of a 3.5-tonner is some £3,000; about 11,000 more than a standard box body.
Quality of finish on the kits is a key benefit, says Griffith, and the target market is image-conscious operators such as those working on highstreet deliveries, The kit is guaranteed for three years.
