Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A MAN HAS BEEN arrested after a stolen truck and its load were driven the wrong way down the A180 in Lincolnshire.

Two trucks were stolen on the night of 7 September from Express Light Haulage of Grimsby; they were used to remove two trailers loaded with sheet steel worth £70,000 from Norman Mager haulage contractors, North Killingholme. The trailers were protected by 2.5m-high fencing, double gates and CCIN cameras.

In an attempted getaway. one vehicle was abandoned on the A180 heading towards Scunthorpe, while the other travelled down the A180 on the wrong side of the road. This truck was then also abandoned; three people were seen running away across fields.

Humberside Police carried out an extensive search of the area involving officers, dogs and helicopters. One man was found in long in-ass thanks to a helicopter's thermal imaging camera.

The road was closed for a short while to recover the vehicles.
