Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

As one who is closely concerned with the Commercial Motor Lorry Driver of the Year Competition I appreciate the problems of finding a site to accommodate several hundred commercial vehicles and thousands of spectators. I sympathise with the South Yorkshire Transport Society, which has been unable to use Norfok Park, Sheffield, for this year's transport rally and has had to look elsewhere. After months of weary searching a suitable site has been found in Locke Park, Barnsley, where the rally will take place on September 30.

In addition to historic vehicles, modern goods and passenger vehicles will be shown by dealers and operators. Some 500 entries and more than 40,000 spectators are expted. Ian A. Suttle, 840 Barnsley Road, Sheffield, S50 QG, can supply further information.
