THE DEADLINE for qua tying for a Certificate of Pi fessional Competence urk the "grandfather rights" ri is fast approaching.
After November 30 anybo who wishes to obtain a CI must either have equival( professional qualificatio giving exemption, or must the Royal Society of Arts C exam. If you do qualify um the "grandfather rights" rt ie you were employed ir position of responsibility 1 fore January 1, 1975, then y should apply immediately the local traffic area office a CPC.
Without a member of I company's management h ding a CPC, an Operato licence cannot be granted renewed.
There are a number courses leading to the C exams, details of which available from the Rc Transport Industrial Train Board, Capitol House, Emr Way, Wembley, Middlesex.
