A type of wiper blade with offset mounting has been developed by Dario Armen (UK) to provide greater efficiency when used on deeply curved automotive windscreens. Offset mounting is said to provide clearance of moisture from the screen over the full contact area.
A wide range of blades is available, and they can be fitted to both types of wiper arm currently used on UK vehicles by virtue of their dual-fitment design. A trader should be able to rationalize stock by carrying a single range of blades capable. of universal fitment.
