Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A RUTLAND-BASED transport company is opening a new depot and creating up to 20 new jobs.

CS Ellis runs a 50-vehicle fleet delivering 1,500 pallets week; it also provides 18,500m2 of warehousing space at its South Luffenham depot.

The new 3,700m2 site at Whet stone,on the outskirts of Leicester. will allow the company to bid for bigger contracts and increase its present turnover of £7m a year, says commercial director, Gary Schofield.

-Operationally and geographically this move makes sense for us," he adds. "We have expanded year on year; the new depot will allow us to provide a better service to all. We already have a strong presence in Europe with Holland, Spain, Belgium, Austria, France and Germany among our strongest, and we have plans to expand further into Europe."

Schofield reports that the company is talking to two major customers; this could lead to 20 extra employees joining the 110strong workforce.

The family-run company was established in 1933 by Cecil Ellis: his grandson,Trevor, is the current managing director.
