First List 12 Purchases Disclosed : 0,050 Paid for 3i tons Unladen ASPECIAL A licence for another 84 vehicles and six trailers, including an articulated outfit, has been issued by the Scottish Licensing Authority to Charles Alexander and Partners (Transport), Ltd., Aberdeen.

The total unladen weight involved in . , this latest purchase is 393 tons.

The names of a number of successful tenderers for transport units offered in list 12 are reported from some areas this week.

Prices:paid for two of the vehicles in this list have been disclosed by pur chasers. One paid £1,050 for a 1951 oil , erigmed Thames platform lorry with' an . un_laden weight of 31 tons, and another £925 for a 1948 petrol-engined Guy 1.100-cti.-ft. pantechnicon (unladen weight 3 tons).
