that these would apply to vehicles over 3.5 tons gross weight. yet I have also seen it stated (I think in CM) that it was unladen weight that counted. as with hgv licences. Which is correct?
AFor tachographs on goods vehicles the dividing line is 3.5 metric tons gross vehicle weight. For hgv licences, of course, the dividing Line is 3 tons unladen weight.
