• An appeal by Marlin's Transport against the decision of the Scottish LA not to grant a variation of the company's B licence has been dismissed by the Transport Tribunal in a written judgment.
The Tribunal considered the Cambeltown area, in which the appellant operated, was adequately provided with facilities for furniture removals, and, there being no evidence of need for the further facilities which the appellant wished to provide, the LA was right to refuse the application.
