Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

REVENUE of the Aldershot and District Traction Co. Ltd. exceeded £1,500,000 for the first time in the year ended March 31 last. This was the encouraging .report of the company's chairman, Mr. T. R. Williams, at the 51st annual general meeting held on Wednesday. More than 464 million passengers were carried, he said, a small increase over last year's figures, and the introduction of the 36-ft. long vehicles on the London express service had contributed to an increase in traffic and revenue.

However, the company suffered more accidents than normally because of the bad weather conditions in the winter. Gross profit for the year amounted to just over £144,000, compared with £161,000 the previous year.

During the year the company placed in service a further 36 68-seater double deckers of modern design and 15 new coaches, built to the new maximum permitted dimensions of 36-ft. long and 8-ft. 24-in, wide, with 49 seats.

The company has decided to rejilac all the old low-bridge type double-decker buses now in service and has placed an order for a further 50 forward-entrance Dennis Loline 68-seater double-deckers, delivery of which will start in March, 1964.
