• A haulier is to plead not guilty to charges of breaking London's lorry ban when he appears in court on Tuesday 26 July. Finn and Wheeler of Barking will be one of the first haulage firms to deny a charge brought by the ban's administrator, the London Boroughs Transport Scheme.
The first appeal against the ban permit scheme will be heard in late August, when the appeals committee members, which include the FTA and the RHA, have nominated their representatives.
