• Palletways, the overnight delivery network specialising in palletised freight, has added three new companies to its membership.They are Prestons Fuel and Haulage, McGill Transport and Gerry Jones Transport. Palletways now has 62 members. Contact: 01543 418000.
Northern expansion
• Aberdeen-based haulier ARR Craib Transport has opened a depot in Cumbernauld, creating eight new jobs with 20 more planned over the next year. It will base five of its 130 vehicles at the new depot to improve service levels.
