a quick-fit fixed-roof conversion for trailers and rigids to help livestock hauliers comply with legislation that came into force on 1 January.
The roofs are made of pressed aluminium panels with flush surfaces and allow a 900mm thirddeck height.
The retrofit systems cost £3,000 for a fixed roof or £3,500 for a fold-down version. They can be tailored to suit existing Houghtons open-top bodywork or modified to fit other designs.
Pre-painted kits can be fitted within a single working day.
