Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Control Systems has a new family of portable and fixed data loggers for recording the many variables such as temperatures, events, humidity and airflow to comply with the Food Hygiene Act.

All models are available in single or multi-channel versions and cover temperatures from -100 to +1,000°C, says Clyde Valley, using thermistor, RTD, type K or T thermocouple inputs.

The Mini-Scout is a robust and tamper-proof blind datalogger for tracking temperatures from manufacture to point of sale; the Scout portable unit has an onboard LCD, prints out in three formats via portable or standard Epson printers, and can be re-programed.

The Tempguard recorder is designed for temperature/event monitoring in reefers and is available in thermocouple format to replace traditional chart recorders in the chemical, petro-chemical, engineering and plastics industries.

Most of the new models are self-calibrating and can communicate with PCs: all have a 32K scrolling memory.
