FIXED CALL-out charges now apply throughout the United Kingdom to Daf commercial vehicles owners.
The rates for Dafaid's 24-hour emergency breakdown service schemes apply to all 37 of Oaf Trucks' main and service dealers, with a £25 hourly charge applying from 8am to 6pm, £30 for nights, weekends and bank holidays, and £30 (normal) and £35 (outside hours) applying where a recovery vehicle is needed.
Any roadside work will still be charged at the attending dealer's retail rate.
Dafaid is available by phoning 100 and asking for "Freefone Dafaid" and European coverage is available through Oaf's ITS breakdown service by calling Holland 40 143000.
