Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I WAS intrigued by an Eastern Region internal memo which said: "With the introduction of HSTs to the Up and Down Hull Executive trains . . . there will be a loss of facility in respect of cycles."

What, I asked myself, could this possibly mean? Answer: No bikes on these trains.

It will, however, still be possible to cycle up and down the corridors of Side to Side Peasant trains, which will continue to be DDTs (decrepit diesel trains).
