Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TOLL FEES on the Erskine Bridge over the Clyde may increase by up to 100 per cent for some vehicles.

Under new proposals, heavy vehicles will pay 80p instead of 50p while heavy vehicles on the special rate for frequent use will pay 50p instead of 30p.

Scheduled buses face an increase of 25p to 50p, and vehicles needing an escort face a £5 increase to £10.

A public inquiry into the increases will open on March 3 at the Municipal Buildings, Church Street, Dumbarton. Tolls have not been increased since the bridge opened in 1971.
