Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

COMMERCIAL vehicles bearing the \--,name of Garner have achieved an enviable reputation for many years, and are giving excellent service in the hands of important users. Their value was realized by the Sentinel Waggon Works, Ltd., when it took control of the company, and the manufacture and

sale have continued despite the vicissitudes through which the joint concern has been passing.

A separate company is now being formed to take over the whole assets of the Garner Motor Company, and to continue the manufacture and development of Garner motor vehicles. It is intended not only to continue catering for the higher-class market in this . country, but also to develop the overa seas connections, which are showing themselves to be very promising.

The managing director of the new company is Mr. G. Larribton Wells, who has receni ly resigned his position with the Chrysler-Dodge organization, following an unusually varied experience in the sales, purchasing, spares and otherdepartments of this concern.

There is no doubt that many operators will welcome this news, as the supply of spare parts for the older models will be assured, and, in fact, a large stock is available for this purpose. An extensive new factory will be erected at Park Royal, London, and. ample service facilities will be rendered available at these headquarters, apart from those arranged in the usual way through agents'. Until the new factory., be completed production and parts seta vice will continue to operate from the Shrewsbury works.
