Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Hungry drivers passing through the Manchester area will soon be able to pull in to a specially imported American diner for round-the-clock meals U5 style.

From the middle of January, food will be available at the Heywood Distribution secure overnight lorry park in north Manchester from a 50-seat American diner. Meals and snacks are already being served in the English manner between 06:00hrs and 20:00hrs on the site nestling between J3 of the M66 and J18 on the M62.

The plan is to provide a cheaper, cleaner and safer alternative to the usual motorway services.
