new course for managers in freight and distribution. The one-week residential course covers service, keeping major customers, improving the operation, using just-in-time and information technology, customer service, quality circles, cash flow and financial statements, and action planning.
Cost is £1,500 (ex-VAT) and it will run twice during 1990 — from 11-16 February and 30 September-5 October.
