Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Three specially designed ERF recycled waste collection vehicles have begun work with Crop Oxfoc.

Supplied by KL Commercials, the vehicles use ERF's lowheight brewery chassis with its low, forward-entry municipal crew cab and 245hp CumminsAllison auto-transmission driveline. Solent Bodies of Southampton produced the bodywork with its slim full-height compartment in the bulkhead.

The drop frame area holds four waste paper frames with a metal collection bin over the wheel arch; access is from both sides. A triple-compartment glass bin sits on the rear end.

The trucks will collect waste in the south-west of Oxford.
