Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I AM writing to thank you for printing the story of our successfully winning a contract to supply 30 Road Tankers to Adu Dhabi (CM, March 31).

I appreciate that we all suffer on occasions from gremlins, but would like to draw your attention for future reference purposes to the fact that our name is Cleaver Lea and not Cleaver Len as was stated.

The consolation is that this slight error is not nearly as serious as some recent advertising copy that fortunately I managed to stop where our name was printed as "Cleaved In". Because we, as you are aware, manufacture Vacuum Tankers, this name would have been very, very inappropriate.

Continued success with your excellent magazine.

R. E. F. HALL Managing Director, Cleaver Lea, Coventry.
