ROGER BROOMFIELD is our CFDC representative In Poole. Aged 41, he was born In Bournemouth, as were his wife Jan and two teenaged sons.

He has been a motor vehicle enthusiast from an early age, and after serving six and a half years with HM Forces in the MPs and RASC he started a varied civilian career in road transport.

Starting with general haulage in 1988, he acquired his pay licence and in 1971 took his HGV1. Roger is a driving enthusiast and takes a keen interest In all aspects of the road transport business and has driven buses, coaches, colas-cranes, tankers, rigids and artics of various makes.

Roger is now working for EC Transport, (Wimborne), where he is happy and impressed by director Ian Rycroft's business skill and modern fleet of vehicles.
