Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I would -like to warn otht lorry owners and drivers last month, while parkin! lorry in a lay-by in South Yorkshire, I was fined £4 parking without lights at night.

According to my local police they would not ha bothered with this charg but they did say that the "road" is from fence to fence — that includes verges, paths, lay-bys, al roads.

So drivers beware — artic drivers who leave tl trailers in lay-bys — you lights at night.
