The Permanetch unit is considered suitable for metal marking work where both short and long run permanent marking operations are required. The unit is a self-contained electrically operated etcher, the size of an electric razor.

Any required mark may be typed, scribed or stamped by the user onto the Permenetch Stencil and an exact replica of this mark can be black or clear etched on virtually any metallic surface in seconds. The stencil will produce up to 80 etches, dependent upon the type of use and may be readily changed for different marks. Dimensions of the marking head, le maximum length and width of mark are liin, x iln, (41 x 22mm).
