• A public inquiry on 2 November will look at disciplinary action against Caithness Stone Industries, based in Wick.
Edinburgh
• Disciplinary action against Way Ahead Couriers, based in Cumbernauld, will be looked at on 13 September at a PI.
• JW Tank Services, based in Grangemouth will make a variation application at a hearing on 27 September. The inquiry will also discuss disciplinary action against the company.
Leeds
• The TC will consider disciplinary action against Hull-based Hing Long (UK) at an inquiry on 13 September.
• Washington-based HLT Logistics, trading as Howard Long Transport, will make a new application at a PI on 19 September.
• At a PI on 19 September, the TC will consider a new application from Mitchell Trucking, based in StocktonOn-Tees.
• On 20 September, the TC will look at a new application and variation application from Robin Herbert, based in Barnsley. Related business Robin Herbert and Partners will make a new application and the TC will also consider disciplinary action against that business.
