This year 8,000 tractors are urgently required, and a future annual demand of 5,000 is forecast. ATRADING profit Of £476,336 was earned in the past year by Charles Roberts .and Co., Ltd., an increase of £75,599 as compared with the previous year. The net profit of the company and its subsidiaries was £95,441, as against £73,752 in the preceding year.

(less tax) for the year, Mr. Duncan Bailey, chairman and managing director, alluded to suggestions that large dividends should not be paid to share holders.
