ON 4 October an HGV heading north on the M5 was approaching .14 when it was flashed at by three vehicles in succession.
But when the driver pulled into Frankly Services his truck was hijacked by two men in a white Mercedes Sprinter van.
The truck was driven to Wolver hampton, where its load was transferred to a waiting vehicle. But as a result of information received, West Midlands Police officers raided the scene and made 16 arrests.
The driver, his truck and its load were all recovered:two people have been charged with conspiracy to rob.
