The Freight Transport Association has made eight management posts redundant during a shake-up of the organisation. CM believes three regional directors' posts may be affected. Two new posts have been created; Chris Welsh becomes General Manager, Campaigns and chief economist Simon Chapman, who retains his job, also becomes General Manager, Information.
