Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

used Volvos on line — the website's just been revamped.

Since Volvo Trucks revamped its intemet used truck service at the start of the year site traffic has doubled. Peter Groome, head of asset management, says hits and e-mail enquires through the site have increased since the search engine was made more user-friendly, quicker and more accessible."The changes are not dramatic but the site has better information on vehicle specifications, and we now have three good quality pictures of the vehicle rather than one," he explains. "In March the website received 10,000 hits and e-mail contact enquires have doubled to 100 a month since the start of the year. "We have a broad mix of people contacting us [and some making] export enquires." The website has around 1,600 vehicles available including 200 UK-registered trucks."In the UK we

use the website to help generate interest, as a supplement to marketing and advertising," he says."Buyers use the Volvo Truck Finder to see what is available but still like to go and touch the metal before buying." To extend the services available on the UK site Volvo Trucks Truck Finder has added two-way links with its dealer network and this has further increased traffic. •
