UCENCE CUT
The licence held by A&M Insulations, of Penly, near Wrexham, has been cut from eight vehicles and four trailers to four vehicles and four trailers after the company was fined £1,000 for using a vehicle in a dangerous condition.

Caernarfon magistrates have dismissed an appeal by LE Jones driver Dewi Griffiths, of Caernarfon, against a twomonth suspension of his HGV driving licence. Welsh TC David Dixon suspended Griffiths' icence after he was fined 1300 with £70 costs by Holyhead nagistrates for three offences using a vehicle with a defective speed limiter.
—LICENCE REGAINED :rewe magistrates have mashed a decision by North kestern TC Beverley Bell to ‘evoke the HGV licence of Wrigglesworth until he las passed a further HGV test. Vrigglesworth had been nvolved in a fatal accident while driving for Hi Lea Oakes.
