Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Cliff Groves, who launched Steyr Trucks in Britain three years ago, has become general manager of Plaxton Retail Sales Division, based at Anston, Sheffield. Groves, 53, has worked in the commercial vehicles industry for 25 years with Daf, Scania — where he spent 12 years as director of marketing — and Steyr Trucks (UK). He finally wound up the Austrianowned importer 12 months ago and has been doing consultancy work since then. The Anston operation handles the marketing, sales, and buy-back of new buses and coaches and the sale of used vehicles. It holds PCV franchises for Volvo and Mercedes.

"I had some experience with the coach business at Daf, but as to whether it's changed since then — I'm about to find out," he says. Groves replaces managing director Colin Cowdrey, who has resigned after a long period of poor health.
