Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I am being charged 6s a gallon for fuel supplied from this company's tanks; they do not allow me to buy anywhere else. I can get it cheaper elsewhere and this would make a difference of 4d a gallon, quite a lot of money considering I use 20gal a day.

Is it legal for them to sal/it to us?

AWithout knowing the conditions of your

contract it is difficult to state whether or not the company is entitled to impose this condition. One possibility which you should clarify concerns this: fuel companies normally impose a condition on their large customers that the fuel supplied is not for re-sale. We should point out, however, that there is very little you can do if this fuel requirement is a condition of your contract.
