Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Changes to London's 6d flat-fare Red Arrow bus services, including the introduction of two new routes in place of one existing route and improved rail/bus interchange for many commuters at Waterloo, were announced by LTB on Tuesday.

Route 505, which at present operates on Mondays to Fridays between Marylebone Station and Aldwych in the peaks and between Waterloo Station and Portman Square at off-peak periods, will be split into two separate all-day routes from Monday, June 16. The 505 will then run between Waterloo Station and Marble Arch and a new service, 508, will operate between Marylebone Station, Baker Street Station, Oxford Street and Cambridge Circus.
