The Hawk has only one thing to say about the latest releases from Corgi Classics: Cheers! As an enthusiastic imbiber of the black stuff himself he welcomes these new 1:50 scale model trucks, all of which have been decked out in the Guinness livery.
The trio comprises a Leyland Super Comet and trailer complete with cold-cast vats; and a Leyland (LAD) Octopus with coldcast container which was launched in 1960; an AEC MkV Major Tanker (launched in 1958 as the successor to the MkIII). (Before you ask the Mark IV was a passenger vehicle.) All three models are limited editions.
