Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A signal box from which the railway line leading into Fodens' foundry at Sandbach was controlled for 120 years will soon be monitoring the workings of a steam train carrying passengers from a car park to the restored station at Cheddleton, near Leek. This is part of the North Staffordshire Railway Society's Museum.

The 130-year-old box, 18ft by 13ftwas moved bodily from Elton to Cheddleton on a Foden low-loader supplied free of charge by the company. The height of 19ft presented a problem with bridges over M6 and a different route had to be planned at the last moment. A plaque in the box records the society's gratitude to Fodens.
